Passed away peacefully at home in Blaketown, surrounded by loving family on February 20, 2023, aged 55.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Jackie’s life will be held in the
William Sampson Memorial Chapel, 134 Tainui Street Greymouth on Thursday at 11am,
followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
