Passed away unexpectedly at her home in Cronadun,
with family by her side, on October 11, 2021, aged 62.
Dearly loved wife of the late Murray (Muzz),
deeply loved mum and mother-in-law of Whetu & Ian, Brian,
Jason & Tracey, and the late Brendon,
beloved Nan of Anikka & Tony, Wiremu & Jamie, Faith, and Jakob,
loved sister and sister-in-law of Hohepa, Rangi, Ruahine, Tipene, Kahu, and Mata,
loved sister-in-law of Stephen, Lorraine & Lindsey, and the late Gavin,
a loved aunty, cousin and a friend of many.

Makere’s funeral service will be private with invitations personally extended by the family.
For those wishing to pay their respects,
Makere will make one final drive past ‘The Arms’ at 2:45pm on Saturday
before being laid to rest at Burkes Creek Cemetery.
