Passed away peacefully at Granger House, Greymouth on May 14, 2024, in his 100th year.
Dearly loved husband and inseparable soulmate of the late Zelda,
much loved Dad and father-in-law of Tina & Ray Aynsley (Richmond, Nelson), Loretta & Peter Leach (Greymouth),
Jimmy & Jane (Sydney, Australia), and Linda (deceased) and Alan Spracklen (Banora Point, Australia),
loved Pop of his 11 grandchildren, loved Poppa of his 14 great grandchildren,
and a loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend of many.

A Service to celebrate Jim’s life will be held in the
William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street on Saturday the 18th May 2024 at 11am,
followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
