Passed away suddenly at Christchurch Public Hospital with loving family by his side on October 21, 2023, aged 59.
Deeply loved dad and father-in-law of Timmy, Zoe & Mikey, and Chelsea,
cherished Grandad of Johnny,
dearly loved son of Dawn & the late Tom,
much loved brother and brother-in-law of Lisa & Robin Bertacco, and Martin & Melissa,
ex-husband of the late Donna, a loved uncle, cousin and a friend of many.

A private family service has been held followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
A Memorial Service to remember Phillip will be held at the
Buller Workingmen’s Club, 44 Queen Street, Westport
on Saturday the 4th November at 2.30pm.
