Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Kahurangi, Te Nikau Grey Hospital on June 10, 2024, aged 88.
Devoted and much loved soul mate of the late Ann (Margaret),
dearly loved dad and father-in-law of Mark & Francie, and Brent & Pam,
special grandad of Kimberley & Sean, and Ryan, and great grandad of Hudson, Sienna, and Harrison,
loved son of the late Alfred & Mary Fischer,
cherished brother of the late Alfred (Fred) & Cathreen Fischer (Canada),
loved uncle of Ann & Hugo, Wendy & Chris, and the late Martin.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Johnny’s life will be held in the
William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street on Wednesday the 12th June 2024 at 3pm
followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
