Passed away peacefully at Greymouth on March 20, 2023, in his 92nd year.

A Service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel 134 Tainui Street, Greymouth
on Tuesday at 2pm, followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
