Passed away peacefully at Te Nikau Grey Hospital surrounded by her loving family on May 9, 2023, aged 95.
Dearly loved wife of the late George,
beloved mum and mother-in-law of Jim & Marjan, Lorraine & Phillip (both deceased), and Kevin & Julianne,
adored Nana of Libby, Katie, Sara & Sahib, Tessa (deceased), Logan, Ella, and Harriet,
loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Ray & Peg, Norine & Ray O’Callaghan, and Kevin,
a loved member of the Boddy family, and a loved aunty, cousin, friend and ‘Nana’ of many.

A Requiem Mass for Vern will be celebrated in
St Patrick’s Catholic Church, High Street, Greymouth on Saturday at 12noon.
Vern will then be laid to rest with George at the Memorial Park Cemetery, Gladstone.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held in the church on Friday at 7pm.
